Is BOOT CAMP for me?
I am asked this question daily. Do you want to get in the best
shape of your life? Yes, Boot Camp is for you. No matter what
your fitness level, you can benefit from Get in Shape Boot Camp.
Boot Camp is for Mom, Dad, Athletes, Couch Potatoes, and
everyone that wants to get in shape.

What are the Benefits of Boot Camp?
First, we will do a baseline assessment and watch your body
change everyday from Boot Camp. You will lose body fat, gain
confidence, flatter stomach, develop better eating habits, tone
muscles, get in great shape and become better in all areas of
physical fitness.

Do I need to be in shape before starting Get in Shape Boot Camp?
Not at all! Whether you haven’t worked out in years, or you are
already fit – everyone can benefit from this program. Classes
are designed to challenge all fitness levels. |
When will I see results?
All bodies respond differently to training, however, most boot
campers will see and feel dramatic results by the end of week 2. Many
continue to see body improvements long after completing Get in
Shape Boot Camp. The key to your results is YOU, we will
provide the know how and you just follow our lead and watch your
body transform.

When does Boot Camp begin?
We have Boot Camp that can fit almost any schedule. Please see
our Programs page for scheduling.

How do I sign up?
Please see our Register page to Register Online or you can
register by phone 770-374-5546! After submitting your
registration form, our website will take you to a secure page to
pay using PAY PAL. Space is limited, so register early. Classes
fill-up quickly… So don’t procrastinate –

What should I do when I complete Boot Camp?
Fitness is not a one time get-fit-quick deal. Fitness is a way
of life. The quality of the life you lead is up to you. After
you complete Get in Shape Boot Camp, we encourage you to continue to workout
and eat healthy. Many Boot Campers join Boot Camp again and
request to become Volunteer Company Commanders. Once you have completed
Get in Shape Boot Camp, you have achieved a phenomenal fitness
milestone – you will be in the greatest shape of your life.
Whatever you do upon completion of Get in Shape Boot Camp – don’t stop
working out. Most students get there best results after
completing 90 days (3 months), depending on your goals.

I am really overweight, can I sign up?
Depending on your current situation and how many pounds
overweight you are, we will always ask that you get clearance
from your doctor before beginning Get in Shape Boot Camp. Our
goal is always to help you achieve your fitness goals and stay
healthy. Situations vary, so give us a call or email us, to
discuss your situation. We also offer Low Impact classes for
those who need to lose more tan 70lbs or want a slower pace.
Just call and discuss it with our staff.

I
am not a runner, is this program for me?
YES! Many of our Company Commanders started out in Boot
Camp and were not “runners”. We have designed our program on a
progressive schedule to help you increase your endurance at a
level you can handle. Although there is some running everyday,
our workouts vary so that we don’t just “run” exclusively during
each workout. If running is not your forte’ – don’t worry,
you’ll never have to run alone. Our Company Commanders and
Volunteers are trained to help you every step of the way.

What
equipment will I need during Get in Shape Boot Camp?
We highly recommend purchasing a mat and dumbbells. We
will use dumbbells during class and you will need a mat
instead of lying on the ground for some exercises. Dumbbells
can be purchased from most Walmart's or Sporting Good
Stores. Find a weight that you are comfortable with, for
the average female we recommend 5lbs - 8lbs and average male
8lbs - 15lbs.

What happens during inclement weather? (ie rain, snow,
cloudy) Boot Camp will take place whether it is raining or
dry. We make every effort to keep you out of harms way,
however, we understand you came to us to Get in Shape, so we
make sure we do just that. If the conditions are dangerous,
class will be rescheduled, otherwise make every arrangement to
attend class.
