This intensive, exciting, and fun work-out program last (4) four weeks. During these (4) four weeks, you will get in the best shape of your life. Because our boot camp classes are offered throughout Atlanta – we make it easy for you to find a place that’s close and convenient. Our boot camp classes consist of outdoor training, which provides Cross Training, Cardio Training, Muscle Toning, and maximizes fat burning potential.
 
Our program is designed for All Fitness Levels, Mom, Dad, Athlete’s, Couch Potatoes, and just about everyone can benefit from Get in Shape Boot Camp Group Training Boot Camp.

This program also emphasizes accountability. Unlike classes at the gym, your participation will be expected and monitored for every session. That means if you fail to show with out a valid excuse or continually arrive late, you can expect to do a few extra push-ups, laps, or lunges. We genuinely want you to be successful, and we are going to do everything we can to help you along the way.

Here’s what else you’ll benefit from when you join Get in Shape Boot Camp:

Quality Instruction and Motivation: Although any workout with the phrase “BOOTCAMP” in it might sound intimidating, Get In Shape Boot Camp focuses on discipline and intensity instead of pain and punishment. Our instructors are fitness athletes and some are prior military who use an approach of encouragement and enthusiasm – not embarrassment – to pull the best performance possible out of every Boot Camper for every workout.

A Variety of Workouts (Challenging and Intense): Morning sessions start early 6:00am, Mid-morning sessions start at 9:00am and Evening sessions start at 6:30pm, but after a few sessions, you’ll quickly discover that adding a solid workout to your day is addictive. Your energy level will increase and you’ll burn extra calories throughout the day. Plus, we make sure that you never get bored. Workouts are challenging, intense, and fun, plus they change daily.

EDUCATORS & GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES:
SPECIAL RATES $200 PER CAMPER

BOOTCAMP VETERANS AND REPEAT CAMPERS:
SPECIAL RATES EARLY BIRD $150 & REGULAR REG. $175

GROUPS OF FIVE OR MORE:SPECIAL RATES $150 PER CAMPER
Quarterly Passes and Annual Passes are available upon request.

How it works: The (4) four week Get In Shape Boot Camp Program includes 12 - 20 group workouts.
 
To be eligible to participate, you must be able to attend most of these workouts. All of our workouts last approximately 45 - 60 minutes. There is a minimum requirement of ten (10) students for each class.
